Terms of service
Last updated: 28 August 2026
These terms govern your use of the Receply platform provided by Receply (Receply). By creating an account you agree to them. The service is offered to businesses (B2B), not to consumers.
1. The service
Receply provides AI phone agents that answer inbound calls, plus recordings, transcripts, summaries, lead capture, callbacks and usage reporting in a web dashboard. Depending on your plan we assign one or more business phone numbers to your workspace.
2. Accounts and workspaces
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details, for the actions of the members you invite, and for keeping credentials confidential. Roles determine what a member can see and change. Notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorised access.
3. Subscriptions, minutes and numbers
- Plans are billed monthly in advance in EUR, excluding VAT.
- Each plan includes a monthly minute allowance and a number of phone numbers. Minutes used above the allowance are billed as overage at the rate shown on your plan.
- Phone numbers are provisioned by us with our telephony provider and are licensed to you for the duration of the subscription. When the subscription ends, the number is released and cannot be recovered.
- Some countries require regulatory documentation before a number can be issued. Delays caused by missing documentation are outside our control.
4. 30-day money-back guarantee
There is no free trial. If you are not satisfied, request a refund within 30 days of your first payment and we will refund that payment in full. The guarantee applies once per customer and excludes overage charges and third-party regulatory fees already incurred.
5. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time; the subscription then runs until the end of the paid period, after which access ends and assigned numbers are released. We may suspend or terminate an account for non-payment or for breach of these terms.
6. Acceptable use
- No unlawful, deceptive, harassing or fraudulent calling, and no spam or robocalling.
- No impersonation of a person or organisation you are not authorised to represent.
- You must inform callers that calls are answered by an automated assistant and may be recorded where your jurisdiction requires it.
- No attempts to bypass tenant isolation, rate limits or security controls.
- No use for emergency services; the platform is not a substitute for emergency calling.
7. Your content
You keep all rights to your configuration, knowledge base content and call data. You grant us the limited licence needed to operate the service. We do not use your call content to train foundation models.
8. Availability and AI output
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service; maintenance and third-party telephony or AI outages can occur. AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing outcomes before relying on them for business decisions.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or missed business resulting from calls that were not handled as expected.
10. Changes and governing law
We may amend these terms with at least 30 days' notice for material changes. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance. These terms are governed by the law of the provider's place of establishment within the European Union, with the competent courts there having exclusive jurisdiction.
